INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP

$5 per month or $50 annually

Any current resident of Silicon Valley (Fremont, Santa Cruz, or Santa Clara County), anyone who operates a collective/dispensary located within Silicon Valley, or any qualified patient or caregiver, who supports the mission of Silicon Valley ASA are eligible to be individual members. Official voting rights are granted after receipt of membership dues and attendance at 3 chapter meetings.

Individual members receive an identification card, discounts from local businesses, access to member only events, and other special advantages.

DISPENSARY AND PHYSICIAN MEMBERSHIP

$50 per month, $500 annually

Dispensary members must agree to help publicize chapter events, provide individual member benefits, and help further the chapter’s mission. Dispensary members must comply with the chapter’s best practices guidelines (to be developed no later than Summer 2010).

Dispensary members will be listed and linked on the chapter’s website. Dispensary members will also receive a certificate of chapter membership.

DUES

Dues can be paid to the treasurer at any meeting, mail, or PayPal.
